Always the first Sunday in June.

The Parade starts promptly at noon.

Look for a golf cart in front of the Asbury Park Municipal Building. Ask for Sue or Linda.

Generally, marchers should be there by 11am, vehicles need to be there and checked in by 10 at the latest. Your group may receive other specific call times from the Parade team in advance.

The order of march is set within a week of the Parade, but changes as more groups register.

South on Main, left on Cookman, left on Grand, right on Sunset – It ends by the festival.

Let the Parade team know and although we cannot guarantee placement, we will make every effort to honor your request.

We do not provide parking, but Asbury Park offers metered street parking. Be aware that meters are in effect every day, including Sundays.

The Parade route is about 1.25 miles. It takes about 45 minutes to travel from start to finish.

Buy your wristbands in advance to use the “fast gate” – we will have wristbands for sale at the formation area as well.

You sure can, but you must sign up (either individually or as a group) in advance using the form on our web site. You will need to show proof of insurance, and note that all traffic laws apply – including helmet laws.

Those in the parade will make the turn north onto Kingsley, away from the festival, and will disperse. Parade goers and onlookers can enter the festival through gates on Kingsley and 5th Ave or Kingsley and Sunset.
