  1. by mail
  2. early voting, in-person, using a voting machine
  3. in-person at your polling place on Election Day.

No matter how you choose to vote, you must be registered. If you want to vote by mail, you must request a Vote by Mail ballot or have previously indicated that you would like a Vote by Mail Ballot for all future elections.

How do I register to vote?

  • Voters can register online at NJ DOS – Division of Elections – Register to Vote!
  • Alternately, you can fill out a paper registration form. Each county has a different paper registration form. To find the form for your county, go to Voter Registration Paper Applications – By County.

QUICK TIP: If you do not have a printer your local library may have a supply of paper forms or will print one for you.

QUICK TIP: Until October 1, you can also go to https://register2vote.org/ and ask that a voter registration form be mailed to you.

The voter registration deadline is Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

Who can register to vote in New Jersey? To register to vote in New Jersey, you must be . . .

  • A United States citizen
  • At least 17 years old
  • A resident of your county for 30 days before the election.

QUICK TIP: Even though you can register at 17-years old, you cannot vote until your 18th birthday.

QUICK TIP: If you are going to be 18 years old on election day and want to be able to vote, you can register to vote at 17-years-old.

BRING A NONPERISHABLE FOOD ITEM TO PRIDE
Jersey Pride is excited to announce that it has partnered with Fulfill – the foodbank of Ocean and Monmouth Counties – to harness the generosity of our community and help stock the food bank’s shelves. Thanks to our sponsors, we are able to reduce our admission fee this year from $15 to $10 per person and ask that you consider paying that forward by bringing a contribution to the food bank. We will be collecting your food bank donations at all the gates and at the parade’s staging area.
